                Delegates E. Nelson and Boggs move to amend the bill on page four, following line twenty-nine, by striking out §11-17-4a in its entirety;

                And,

                On page one, following the enacting clause, by striking out the enacting section and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

                “That §11-17-3 and §11-17-4 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted; and that said code be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated §11-17-4b, all to read as follows:”.
